Terms, written to be read.

These terms govern your use of scriptonia.dev and the scriptonia CLI, operated by Scriptonia Labs, Inc. By creating an account you agree to them.

1. The service

Scriptonia turns customer signal you submit into synthesized contexts and executable plans (PLAN.md) via AI models. Today the product is delivered as a CLI; interfaces may be added over time. AI output can be wrong — plans are drafts for your review, and you are responsible for what you (or your agents) ship.

2. Your account

One account per person, via Google sign-in. Keep your API keys private; anything done with your keys is attributed to you. You must have the right to submit the signal you add.

3. Credits & billing

Plans are credit-capped (Free 25/mo, Pro 400/mo, Team 600/seat pooled; a plan costs 5 credits, a query 1; adding signal is free). Caps are hard: when exhausted, synthesis pauses until the monthly reset, a top-up, or an upgrade — there is no automatic overage billing, ever. Subscriptions are billed through Polar and renew monthly; cancel any time and your plan runs until the period ends, then drops to Free with your data intact. Top-ups are granted manually via sathwik07@scriptonia.dev and expire at the end of the billing month.

4. Acceptable use

Don't submit data you have no right to share, don't attempt to access other accounts' data, don't resell the service, and don't use it to build a competing dataset. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or the credit system.

5. Your data & IP

Your signal stays yours. Generated contexts and plans are yours to use however you like. You grant us the license needed to store and process your signal to operate the service (see the Privacy Policy). The Scriptonia software, brand, and site remain ours.

6. Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for code your agents produce.

7. Changes & termination

You can delete your account any time (how). We may update these terms; material changes are announced on the blog and the date above changes. Continued use after a change is acceptance.
