What to write, by situation

Something's broken — paste the command you ran and what it printed. Subject: "Bug".

Out of credits — say your plan; top-ups are granted same day (Pro $10 → +150, Team $25 → +500). Subject: "Top-up".

Enterprise — SSO, VPC, custom credit pools, DPA. Subject: "Enterprise".

Anything else — feature requests, feedback, or just what you're building. This is customer signal; we of course feed it to our own brain.
