How it Works
Under the hood: how Scriptonia generates PRDs, blueprints, and tickets.
Under the hood
Scriptonia is built on top of Claude (Anthropic) with a structured prompting pipeline designed specifically for product work.
The generation pipeline
When you submit an idea, Scriptonia runs it through four stages:
- Memory Stage — Your workspace's product memory (stack, audience, goals, constraints) is injected as context before generation begins.
- PRD Stage — Extracts goals, user stories, functional requirements, non-functional requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Blueprint Stage — Generates system architecture, component breakdown, and technology recommendations based on the PRD. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
- Ticket Stage — Decomposes the PRD into sprint-ready tickets with clear descriptions and size estimates. Available on Pro and Enterprise plans.
Validation Chain
After generation, Scriptonia runs an automated validation pass that checks each PRD section for consistency, completeness, and logical gaps. Any detected issues surface as inline suggestions you can accept or dismiss. Included on Starter, Pro, and Enterprise plans.
Product Memory
Scriptonia maintains a persistent memory of your product — its name, tech stack, target users, key constraints, and previously defined components. Every new PRD is generated with this context, so you never have to re-explain your product from scratch. Basic memory is available on the Free plan; full memory is available on Starter and above.
Context awareness in chat
The AI chat has full context of your generated PRD. When you ask it to refine a section, it considers the entire document — not just the piece you're editing.
Version history
Every time you regenerate or significantly edit a PRD, a new version is saved automatically. Starter plans retain 7 days of history. Pro and Enterprise plans have unlimited version history.
