How to share PRDs with stakeholders and control access.
Sharing your PRD
Public share link
Every PRD has a public share link at scriptonia.dev/p/[id]. Anyone with the link can view the PRD — no account required. The link is read-only and does not expose edit access.
Access controls
In PRD settings, you can toggle the share link between:
- Public — Anyone with the link can view
- Private — Only workspace members can view
Workspace sharing
Invite teammates to your Scriptonia workspace under Settings → Team. All workspace members can view and edit all PRDs in the workspace by default. Team collaboration is available on Starter and above.
Approval Workflows
Pro and Enterprise plans include approval workflows — require one or more teammates to approve a PRD before it can be exported or shared externally.
Embedding
Copy the embed code from the share modal to embed a read-only PRD viewer in any web page or internal wiki.
